THE VINEGAR

  • Organic Cyder Vinegar, is the first Aspall vinegar to be launched to the market. It the finest vinegar of cyder available on the market today. It has many uses, like health tonic three times a day, a teaspoon of it in a glass of water. You can already use it to clean the bottom of your pans but according with Aspall the best would be baked red cabbage.
  • Apple Balsamic Vinegar, a classic Italian condiment made by English. It has a rich caramel colour and a fragrantly sweet aroma of apples and toffee, this vinegar has a smooth flavour that falls between sweet and sour with a sharp cidery kick at the end. It could be used as a marinade, dressing or condiment or also just for simply drizzling over salads and chargrilled foods just before serving.
