THE PUDDINGS

These puddings are produced in Essex by Coles Food. Coles Food has a large range of Christmas Puddings, made with selected ingredients from around the World, including fruits marinated in spirits and beers and blended with finest nuts and spices. Here are four of them :

• Brandy Christmas Pudding, suitable for vegetarians, this can be preserved for two years after manufacture. This pudding contains 10% of Brandy as Christmas flavour.
• Traditional Christams Pudding, suitable for vegetarians, this can be preserved for two years after manufacture. This pudding is made with Old Grower Suffolk Ale, a lot of fruits and the unique blend of spices from Cole's family recipe.
• Organic Christmas Pudding, suitable for vegetarians, this can be preserved for two years after manufacture. This is a classic Christmas pudding made with wine, honey, walnuts and apricots. All ingredients are totally organic.
• Rum and double Cream Christmas Pudding, suitable for vegetarians, this can be preserved for two years after manufacture. A pudding with a velvet texture created by an alliance between Caribbean rum and English double cream.
